Three sought for questioning in intoxication manslaughter case


ODESSA, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – The Odessa Police Department is searching for three persons of interest in connection with an intoxication manslaughter case that occurred back on July 3.

Police officials say they are searching for three persons of interest in the crash that resulted in the death of two young girls.

The investigation began back on July 3, when officers were called to the area of Highway 80 and Club Drive.

While investigating, officers learned that Angelica Garcia drove through a barricade, struck two girls near a fireworks stand and crashed into a trailer, according to previous reports.

Both of the girls involved in the crash were pronounced dead at Medical Center Hospital.

Garcia has since been charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter. Now police are searching for three persons of interest in the case.
