Midland County Elections Officials to publicly test elections machines ahead of Special Election

MIDLAND, Texas (Big 2/ Fox 24)- The Midland County Elections Office will be publicly testing elections machines ahead of the Special Election.

The testing of the equipment will be on January 7, 2020 at 9 a.m. at the Midland County Annex. The public is invited to watch.

Officials say this is a routine test that is done before every election to make sure the machines are working properly.

The Special Election will take place on January 28, 2020.
