TWO-A-DAYS: Grady Wildcats

LENORAH, Tx – The Grady Wildcats are making a few adjustments this season to prepare for a new district and a different-looking roster.

The team features quite a few freshmen and just four seniors. While head coach Christopher Short said the team might not have much size, the group does feature some speed. The Wildcats will look to have a strong run game this season.

Lucas said the team is also working on a new offense this season. It’s been one of the team’s primary focuses during practice, according to senior Isaiah Ontiveros.

The team is now part of a district that includes Garden City, Midland TLCA and Rankin.
