Ryan Tannehill named AFC Offensive Player of the Month

Sports

Tennessee Titans starting quarterback, Ryan Tannehill, was named the AFC’s Offensive Player of the Month by the NFL.

Tannehill, a former Texas A&M Aggie and Big Spring Steer, helped guide the Titans to the playoffs after taking over their starting QB midway through the season.

Since he took over that role, Tennessee has gone 7-3.

Over five games in December, Tannehill threw for 1,322 yards and 12 touchdowns with 2 interceptions.

The Titans will face the Patriots in NFL Playoffs (AFC Wild Card) on Saturday.
