Local Sports

TAPPS announced Thursday afternoon that it has added two games to the 2020 football season.

Originally, the League allowed schools six regular season games before playoffs. The first game of the season was originally Oct. 1. The revised date is one week before, with teams able to start the season on Sept. 24.

The League has also added a game to the end of the regular season and delayed the state championships by one week to December 10-12. There are now eight regular season games available for schools.
