The Midland Classical girls basketball team is headed to the Waco area for its state semifinal game on Thursday.
Fans and students gathered at the school Wednesday morning to send-off the team as they loaded the bus. The Lady Knights’ first game is against Marble Falls Faith Academy. That game will be at Robinson High School at 4 p.m.
If Midland Classical wins that game, they will play in the state championship game on Friday. It would be the team’s third-straight state title.
