Five Coahoma 2020 graduates signed their Letters of Intent to play at the collegiate level at a delayed signing day Monday morning.
The event was scheduled to take place earlier in the year, but was postponed due to COVID-19. Monday’s signing day was held on the football field to maintain social distancing.
Both Taylor Barnes and Avry Burgans signed with baseball programs. Barnes with Wayland Baptist, and Burgans with TCS Post Graduate Academy.
Three former Coahoma football players signed to play at Hardin-Simmons University. Keegan Dobbs, Jonathan Schneider and Zack Schneider will all be Pioneers next season.
