Former Texas Tech and current Timberwolves guard Jarrett Culver will not play in this year’s Summer League games, according to the team.

The Minneosota Timberwolves acquired Culver in a trade from the Phoenix Suns the night of the NBA Draft. The trade was just made official last weekend.

According to the team, Culver will still participate in other team activities such as practice and workouts.
