BIG SPRING, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – The City of Big Spring is attempting to repair water lines. However, weather is keeping them from accomplishing this task.
Officials say they planned to replace water lines on the Edward Reservoir. However, thunderstorms have postponed that project until June 3.
During the delay, city officials say residents south of FM 700 and west of Highway 87 will likely experience low to no water pressure until the lines are repaired.
The city says they expect the work to be completed by the morning of June 7.
