ODESSA, Texas (Nexstar)- The University of Texas Permian Basin will be offering summer camps for the community this year.
UTPB will offer a variety of camps for children and teens interested in sports, music, art, engineering or computers.
“Camps and other youth programs make a big difference in the lives of families,” said Dr. Becky Spurlock, UTPB’s Vice President of Student Affairs and Leadership. “As a working parent of two children, I know how hard it can be to find activities to support my kids and keep them busy during the summer months. Plus, time spent on a college campus is fun and sets the tone for being a life-long learner.”
A full list of camps, as well as camp dates, times, cost and registration information can be found here.
