The UTPB men’s basketball team defeated Texas A&M – Kingsville 79-50 Thursday night.
The win avenges a buzzer-beater loss in the first round of the NCAA Division II Basketball tournament last season.
UTPB ranks No. 6 in the country in the latest coaches poll and moves to 6-0 in conference play. Next, the Falcons will play at Angelo State Saturday.
