ODESSA, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – We are learning more about a mobile home fire that sparked Tuesday afternoon in Odessa.
Officials with Odessa Fire/Rescue say crews were initially called to an electrical hazard, but when they arrived in the area of Love Drive and Robin Avenue, they noticed the fire.
Luckily, no one was home during the blaze but OFR says the mobile home, along with three RV’s and three vehicles were destroyed.
Crews battled the fire for about an hour and used more than 12,000 gallons of water, according to Cpt. Tyler Henry at the scene.
The Ector County Sheriff’s Office has since taken over the investigation.
