Three Odessa men killed in fiery New Mexico crash

JAL, N.M. (Big 2/Fox 24) – Three men from Odessa were killed following a fiery crash in New Mexico Thursday in Lea County, according to New Mexico State Police.

Officers were called to the crash around 7 a.m. Thursday on State Road 128 near Jal. While investigating, officers learned that driver of a Chevrolet pickup crossed the center line and collided with a semi-truck, according to the release.

Following the crash, NMSP officials say the cars caught fire.

The driver of the pickup, Arturo Barboza, and three passengers, Alonso Hernandez, Justin Brown and Enrique Leon, were called killed in the crash, officials say.

The driver of the semi-truck, Rayshawda Riley, was also killed in the crash NMSP say.
