Marcus Cannon is playing in his third Super Bowl tonight.
But before his NFL fame, Cannon was an Odessa High School Broncho. For three years, Cannon wowed local crowds at Ratliff Stadium, on his way to bigger and better things in Fort Worth.
The star-studded offensive lineman then took his talents to Texas Christian University to protect quarterback Andy Dalton.
Cannon was named a third-team All-American and a first-team all Mountain West Conference player during his Horn Frog career.
Again the Odessa native was a standout and eventually drafted by the New England Patriots in the 2011 NFL Draft.
Since being drafted Cannon continued to see success as a Super Bowl Champion in 2015 when the Patriots defeated the Seattle Seahawks 28-24.
Tonight he is playing in his third Super Bowl.
