LUBBOCK, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) The Texas Tech Red Raiders will be at home in the first round of the post season.

The NCAA officially unveiled the 2019 baseball brackets Monday morning, making Tech the number eight seed overall and a host site for the regional round.

Army, Florida and Dallas Baptist will also be in the Lubbock regional. To put it in perspective, the Red Raiders have lost just six games in Lubbock this season.

Texas Tech, 39-17 (16-8 Conf.) is coming off yet another Big 12 regular season championship. The Red Raiders also made a deep run in the conference tournament over the weekend but were eliminated by West Virginia Saturday night.

The Red Raiders will battle Army at 3 p.m. Friday afternoon.
