Grand jury indicts El Paso shooter

EL PASO, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – A grand jury has indicted Patrick Crusius on capital murder charges for killing 22 people in an El Paso Walmart on August 3rd this year.

Capital murder is the highest charge in the State of Texas and is punishable by the death penalty if found guilty. District Attorney Jaime Esparza says she will seek the death penalty during the trial.

We will continue to follow Crusius’ trial as it unfolds.
