The President will visit West Texas next week.

According to a release Wednesday, President Trump will host a “MAGA Rally” in El Paso on Feb. 11 at the El Paso County Coliseum.

Tickets are limited to two people per registrant. Registration is open at the campaign website

The visit will be less than a week after the president claimed that El Paso used to be one of the most dangerous cities in the country until the border fence was built. That claim, which he originally said on Friday and repeated Tuesday during the State of the Union address is false, according to FBI data analyzed by our partners at KTSM.

This marks the seventh rally held by the President in Texas.

“We are pleased to announce a Make America Great Again rally on Monday, February 11th in El Paso, Texas, featuring President Donald Trump,” said Michael Glassner, Chief Operating Officer of Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. “As the President continues his fight to secure our border, there’s no better place to demonstrate that walls work than in El Paso. President Trump looks forward to visiting with the patriots of Texas who are on the front lines of the struggle against open border Democrats who allow drugs, crime, and sex trafficking all along our border every day,” he concluded.
