The first phase of the EPIC natural gas pipeline is complete.
Company officials with EPIC Y Grade Pipeline LP. announced on Monday that product was introduced to the pipeline back on March 12.
According to a map from EPIC, the line would run through several West Texas counties including, Reeves, Pecos, Crane, Upton and Reagan.
The pipeline would begin in the southern portion of New Mexico and extend all of the way through Texas to the Gulf Coast.
EPIC began construction of the pipeline back in December of 2017.
Once completed, the pipeline would have a capacity of about 350,000 barrels per day with multiple origin points in the Delaware and Midland Basins, according to previous reports.
The second phase of the project is now under constriction and the third phase will begin in 2019.
