The Permian Football Team is nearing the halfway point of this year’s spring football schedule.
The Panthers will play their spring scrimmage on Wednesday, May 15. While MOJO has many holes to fill after losing a large senior class, head coach Jeff Ellison said he has already seen a lot of improvement.
Ellison said he is most impressed with the secondary. He said plenty of younger, inexperience players have stepped up, and next year’s seniors are taking on some leadership roles.
Ellison said the offensive and defensive lines both need the most improvement, however.
