ODESSA, Texas (Nexstar) – On Tuesday night, Odessa Police Department sent out an alert about an accident that happened on East 1st Street & Muskingum Avenue.

OPD can confirm that this accident did not involve a vehicle but witnesses we spoke to at the scene, say the victim was hit by a train.
