OPD arrests 13 during warrant roundup

The Odessa Police Department, along with the U.S. Marshal’s Service, the Ector County Sheriff’s Office and the Midland County Sheriff’s Office, arrested 13 suspects as part of a warrant roundup this week.

Police officials say the operation was conducted over the last four days. In total, police arrested 13 suspects on 26 charges.

Suspects include:

Joshua Ballard – Burglary/Evading arrest

Jeremy Tinner – Parole violation

Brandon Rodriguez – Possession of a controlled substance/Probation violation

Robert Conley – Failure to comply with registration

Francisco Mendoza Jr. – Parole violation

Carlos Alvarez – Aggravated robbery

Jonathen Sanchez – Aggravated assault

Jerry Klein – Aggravated sexual assault of a child

Manuel Ramos – Stalking

Richard Loya – Stalking

Gregory King – Possession of a controlled substance

Kenny Mayes – Burglary of a habitation

Robert Lopez – Assault/Aggravated assault/Aggravated assault on a public servant/Endangering a child/Evading arrest
