ODESSA, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – A 62-year-old man was killed following a crash in south Odessa last week, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Troopers were called to the crash around 10: 54 a.m. Friday morning on West Apple Street, about 10 miles south of Odessa.
While investigating, troopers learned the driver of a Cadillac Escalade, Hilario Medina, was turning onto Apple Street from Bonanza Avenue and was struck by another Cadillac Escalade, according to the report.
Media was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The driver of the second Escalade, identified only as a juvenile, was taken to Medical Center Hospital with incapacitating injuries, officials say.
