One person has been killed following a crash that occurred Thursday morning in Midland, according to Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Officials say a pickup was traveling on FM 307 near Midland, ran a stop sign and collided with the back of an 18-wheeler traveling on Highway 137.
The driver of the truck, who has not been identified, was killed in the crash, troopers on scene say.
According to the Texas Department of Transportation, Highway 137 has been closed as troopers investigate.
