One man was injured following a drive-by shooting early Wednesday morning, according to officials with the Odessa Police Department.
Officials say around 1:21 a.m. Wednesday morning, officers were called to the 800 block of Gulf Avenue about the shooting. However, when officers arrived on scene, they were told the victim had already been taken to Medical Center Hospital.
Officers then responded to MCH and learned the 20-year-old victim had been shot in the arm, according to a release.
While investigating, officers learned the victim was standing outside of a home on Gulf Avenue when an older model Lincoln with chrome wheels drove by.
Police officials say shots were then fired from the car and struck the victim.
No arrests have been made in the case.
