RANKIN, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – One person is dead after an accident 32 miles south of Midland in Upton County.
According to DPS, Michael E. Davis of Louisiana was killed when he hit a cattle guard going too fast and rolled. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
DPS is investigating the crash.
