ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- Odessa Animal Services will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, March 29th at 2pm for their new animal shelter.
The public is invited to 910 W. 42nd Street to celebrate the opening of the new shelter after nearly 2 years of construction.
