MIDLAND, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – Midland ISD is making it easier for parents to enroll students in school this year. The district officially announced online enrollment will be available for the 2019-2020 school year on Wednesday.
“The new online system will make it easier for parents and guardians to enroll,” said MISD Director of Student Information Systems Christina Rojas. “It will also help each campus streamline the enrollment process by eliminating paperwork.”
Students and parents will still have to provide proof of residency with a utility bill or lease statement with their name and a photo ID, according to the district.
If this information is not available, parents can obtain an affidavit allowing them to enroll by visiting the Student Services Department at the MISD Central Office 615 W. Missouri Avenue.
Online enrollment forms will be posted to campus web pages by July 29.
