Midessa Mobile Food Vendor Association trying to unite food trucks

News

Odessa and Midland food trucks are struggling to find consistent business.

People trying to help eahcother out so that way everyone has an opprotunity to make some money with their own food trucks out here. It seems like a lot of food truck owners just have no idea about what to do, where to post up, who to contact, so we are trying to create some sort of association.

Deepak Patel, Owner Flipped & Dirty South Food Truck

The food truck operators who met today think the answer is them coming together.

Organizers and peoiple in the community need a resource to be able to reach out and do the kind of events with the trucks that they need. Basically, I’m just getting everyone back together for a porpose and grow our industry like in our sister cities like Dallas and Austin

Todd Browm, President MMVFA

MMVFA and the food truck operators are looking to meet again next month. For more information, go to their facebook page
