MCSO looking for information on construction theft

MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas (Nexstar)- The Midland County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help from the community to solve a theft. 

On May 21, deputies were called to the intersection of South County Road 1110 and East County Road 90 about the crime. 

A victim who works for Dufrane Construction said a locked enclosed trailer had been left at a work site overnight. The victim said they found the lock cut off the trailer when they returned the next day.

Several pieces of equipment were stolen from the trailer including a Demtec Wedge Wielder valued at $7,200.00, two Honda Generators valued at $1,200.00 each, and an air compressor valued at $1,500. 

Anyone with information on the person who committed this crime is asked to call Midland Crime Stoppers at 432-694-TIPS.
