Odessa Police have arrested Rodolfo Benevides Baeza for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. 

Officers responded to the area of 87th and Yale on Sunday in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Investigation revealed that after Baeza got into an argument with his 26-year-old wife, he intentionally rammed her vehicle with his vehicle while she was still inside of it. 

Baeza was later charged and arrested accordingly. 

There were not reports of any injuries.
