Man accused of using stolen credit card


ODESSA, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – The Odessa Police Department is investigating after a man was accused of taking and using a credit card back in June.

Police officials say back on June 21, officers were called to Wal-Mart on JBS Parkway about the stolen card.

While investigating, officers learned that a man had burglarized a vehicle in the parking lot, taking the card, according to a release.

The suspect is then accused of using the card, spending $3,300 at various businesses in Odessa, police say.
