Local real estate agent shares story of inspiration

Her face is plastered all over billboards and magazine covers around the Permian Basin.  Victoria Printz is well-known in our community.  But what may surprise you, her incredible story of hardwork and determination.

“Things were not always easy,” said Printz.

This real estate agent, who now sells multi-million dollar homes, is a self made woman.

“It’s a dream come true because I grew up here,” said Printz.

Especially since Printz didn’t even start this career until the age of 35.

She goes on to say, “So blessed and grateful, you meet so many wonderful people.”

But selling million dollar homes is a far cry from where she began.  In fact, her first listing was only for $44,9000.  It took about four months to sell.  But her hard work paid off over time.  The Midland resident is now also known for being a generous giver.

“I think she has a lot of heart for people in the community,” said Erica Cross.  She’s the Marketing and Listing Coordinator and Printz’s real estate company.

Another employee, Alex Kubacak, her Marketing Director said, “Her heart is always in the best place.”

Printz is known for doing things differently and it seems to be working.  In fact, in 2017-2018, she successfully closed more than $110 million in sales per year.  She has a true passion and love for real estate but more importantly, for people.

I’m incredibly grateful and I love seeing other women in particular growing.  I love to help women grow and inspire to be the best they can be,” said Printz.
