BIG SPRING, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – The West Texas Veterans Affairs Health Care System is set to resume in-person appointments starting next week.
Officials with the WTVA say Monday they will begin phase I of a three part plan, which calls for booking up to 25 percent of the clinic’s capacity.
It will include primary care, mental health, dental, ophthalmology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, prosthetics, dietary, audiology, radiology, lad, cardiopulmonary, whole health, and more.
Additionally, WTVA officials say they will move forward with the plan in two-week increments, increasing the in-person appointments until full capacity is reached.
However, reduced entry points, screenings and other precautions will remain in place.
