ODESSA, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – The Ector County Sheriff’s office has released the name of the person killed in a crash over the weekend.
According to ECSO, Saul Pina was killed after being hit leaving the Lowe’s parking lot on University Sunday evening.
Bryan Madsen is charged with evading arrest causing death and evading arrest causing serious bodily injury.
Madsen is custody of the US Marshalls.
