MIDLAND, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – Two new nursing home patients have tested positive for COVID-19 in Midland County, according to a release Thursday.
City officials say the first is a man in his 80’s who was transported from Midland Medical Lodge to Midland Memorial Hospital on Wednesday. The source of his exposure is contact with a known case.
The second is a man in his 70’s, also a patient at Midland Medical Lodge. City officials say he was also transported from the nursing home to Midland Memorial on Wednesday and his source of exposure is contact with a known case.
The total count in Midland County is now at 39.
