ECTOR COUNTY, Texas (Nexstar) – Two men have been charged after Ector County Deputies responded to an alarm call last week.
According to a release from the ECSO, deputies responded to an Aghorn Operating lease and found that a well had been tampered with and a copper electrical wire had been removed.
More than $110,000 in damage was done to the well, according to the release. At the scene, deputies set up a perimeter to locate the suspects.
ECSO says a K9 was released at the scene and located one of the suspects, Jacob Hubbard. Deputies later located the second suspect, Randy Funnell, in the area.
Both have since been charged with criminal mischief.
