Tropical Storm Barry Forms in Northern Gulf – 7/11/19

Tropical Storm Barry has formed in the northern Gulf of Mexico as of 10am CDT. Barry has winds of 40mph and is moving West at 5mph. The storm is expected to bring heavy rains which could cause flash flooding issues. Barry could become a category one hurricane just before landfall on the Louisiana coast with winds of 75mph on Saturday morning.
