PERMIAN BASIN, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – Here is a look at the road projects going on this week in the Permian Basin from the Texas Department of Transportation.

MIDLAND COUNTY: Concrete repairs will be done on Loop 250 for the next several days. The operation will move around fairly often. Work will be done on overpasses from BI-20 in west Midland to A Street. Drivers need to be alert to changing traffic patterns. PLEASE SLOW DOWN AND PAY ATTENTION.

MIDLAND COUNTY: DPS needs lane closures to conduct an investigation. By 9 a.m. Wednesday, SH 158 will be closed under SH 349 (Craddick Highway) overpass. Please obey flaggers. Ramp access on north side will also be affected. Please slow down in area if you can’t avoid it altogether.

MARTIN COUNTY: Lane closures will be needed on FM 3033 about 3 miles north of I-20 for repairs to be made in the northbound driving lane on Wednesday and Thursday (9-16 & 17). Please follow pilot car safely and slow down in area.

PECOS COUNTY: Lane closures will be needed on SH 18 about 6 miles north of I-10 for repairs. Flaggers will control traffic. Expect delays. Please slow down. Obey flaggers.
