Shots fired call in Odessa

ODESSA, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – Just after 2:30 this afternoon, Odessa Police responded to a call in the 800 block of Fitch in reference to shots being fired.

According to police, a man fired a round from his home. There were no reports of injuries.

The man was arrested for Disorderly Conduct – Discharging a Firearm and taken to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.

During the investigation, the Odessa Bomb Squad was called to the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
