ODESSA, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – UPDATE: As of 9:38, OPD officials say they have found Cortez.
The Odessa Police Department is asking for help in locating a missing woman.
Police officials say they are currently searching for 28-year-old Blanca Cortez. Cortez was last heard from around 10:45 a.m. Thursday morning.
She is described as 5’1” tall and weighing about 107 pounds.
