OPD releases photos of Odessa bank robber

ODESSA, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – Wednesday just before 12:30 PM, Odessa Police and the FBI responded to a bank robbery on 3809 East 42nd Street.

According to police, a man entered the bank and handed a note to the teller while displaying a handgun. The man then left the bank in a white truck. The truck is described as a Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 with a diamond plate auxiliary fuel tank and the front doors possibly had a company logo that was covered with tape.

The suspect is described as a thin white man with light-colored eyes. He stands about 6′ tall and is about 180 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie, glasses and a surgical mask at the time of the robbery.

Police officials say they believe the suspect is using oxygen.
