OPD, FBI ask for help in identifying bank robbery suspect

ODESSA, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – The Odessa Police Department and the FBI are still searching for a man who is believed to have robbed a back earlier this month.

As you may recall, the OPD was called to the bank robbery back on Jan. 8 at BBVA Compass Bank.

Police say a man entered the bank, presented a note to a teller while holding a gun and later left the scene in a white pickup.

No injuries were reported in the bank robbery.

The suspect, according to the OPD, is identified as a while man, about 6’ tall and about 180 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie and an oxygen tube along with a surgical mask.

The suspect is believed to be driving a Dodge Ram pickup that has a diamond plate auxiliary fuel tank.
