MIDLAND, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – The City of Midland Health Department has confirmed one new case of COVID-19 in the county. The total now sits at 31.
The case is a man in his 40’s who was tested by Midland Health. The man has been self isolating at home. The source of exposure is community acquired.
