MIDLAND, Texas (Big 2/Fox 24) – Midland Police are investigating after a man reportedly tried to steal a trailer hitch and collided with the victim’s vehicle several times before fleeing the scene.
Officers were called to the incident around 7:40 p.m. back on Nov. 18.
While investigating, they learned that a man tried to take a trailer hitch from a truck but was confronted by the victim, according to a release.
The suspect is then accused of grabbing a wrench and raised it at the victim.
Police say the suspect then got into a GMC Arcadia and struck the victim’s vehicle while trying to leave the scene.
