MIDLAND, Tx ( ABC Big 2/Fox 24) – One man is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries following a vehicle/pedestrian accident early Sunday morning.
23-year-old Theron Brown was walking down the 3100 block of W Industrial when he was struck by a car. Midland police and the Midland Fire Department determined it was a dark-colored vehicle that hit Brown and fled the scene.
The accident occurred at approximately 12:23 a.m. on June 6. Police are still investigating the accident.
