MIDLAND, Texas (Nexstar) – Officials with the Midland Unified Command team will meet again this morning to discuss their response to the Coronavirus.
The update will comes as Midland Health officially announced its plan to begin vaccinating the public on Monday afternoon.
Midland Health says they are awaiting a weekly supply of the vaccine and will host a vaccination clinic on Jan. 25 at the Midland County Horseshoe Arena.
Vaccines will be administered by appointment only and those interested in receiving the vaccine are asked to register here.
Those in the 1A and 1B phase will take priority, according to Midland Health. Those phases include frontline workers and those over the age of 65 with those diagnosed with chronic health conditions.
