The Midland Police Department has implemented a new Police to Citizen (P2C) online reporting system. This application is provided to enable citizens to easily report non-emergency incidents. This method should not be used if anyone was injured as a result of the incident, or if an officer should be dispatched to the crime location.

Midland Police Department advises citizens that if you have an emergency or need to report a crime in progress, do not use this site. Please dial 9-1-1.

The types of crimes that can be reported using the P2C system are theft, defacing property (graffiti), phone harassment, burglary of a vehicle, credit/debit card abuse, violation of protective order, criminal mischief (vandalism), lost property, suspicious circumstances, forgery, identity theft and interference with child custody.

This online reporting system can only be used for reporting crimes within the city limits of Midland. If the crime occurred outside the city limits of Midland, please contact the appropriate agency.

This system will speed up the time it takes citizens to report a non-emergency incident. It will also minimize close contact between officers and citizens and allow for greater social distancing at this time.

To make a report online visit https://p2c.midlandtexas.gov/ and click on the button “Report Incident”.
