MIDLAND, Texas (Nexstar) – The City of Midland will have a mask ordinance on the agenda for the meeting on November 17th.
The mask mandate comes after a sharp spike in cases across the basin.
Mayor Payton has put forth a specific mask mandate ordinance to be deliberated and decided on by the full council.
