MIDLAND, Texas (Nexstar) – Midland Police Department found a body linked to a homicide investigation back on December 30.
On January 15 around 6:15 p.m., MPD Officers were called to the 4200 block of Holiday Hill Road about a dead body found in an open field, a spokesman with MPD said.
During their investigation, MPD officers found a man dead. The officers identified the body as Alejandro Marcello Ramirez.
Ramirez was a suspect in a homicide investigation.
MPD responded to the 1100 block of N. Lamesa about two gunshot victims.
After arriving on the scene, MPD found an unresponsive woman behind the house and a man sitting inside a vehicle. Both had gunshot wounds.
The man was taking to Midland Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The woman was identified as Sarah Tucker and was pronounced dead on scene.
