“Where we live, Betsy and I spend half of our time cleaning up in front of our house,” Dugger says. “They’re all mattresses and box springs, and coaches just dumped on the side of the road.”

A plethora of trash that has been lying around in the neighborhood and many residents say they’ve had enough.

“I just want it to stop,” a resident from Ector County Precinct 1 says. “How would they feel like if we dump out trash in their front yard. “

Dugger says if elected, he would make sure your tax dollars would be put to use.

“The citizens voted in an increase of sales tax to clean up the county to fix the infrastructure, and it is not being used,” the commission candidate says. “I’m not pretty I’m not polished we’re working-class people I know the value of a dollar we’re real people we know the value of a dollar, and we’ll watch your tax dollars like a hawk, and I just want to get something done I really do.”

We will follow-up with Ector County Commissioner, Eddy Shelton, on the illegal dumping issue.
